What is the Vacuum Indicator?
When vacuum sealing is complete the vacuum indicator will dimple inwards. It tells you that the air has been removed from the container. Please see our Instruction Manual.

My FoodSaver Fresh Container is not holding the vacuum.
Ensure that the gasket is free of any debris. Remove the valve cover and check to see if there is any debris in the valve. Clean the valve thoroughly periodically after usage.
Where can I buy additional FoodSaver Fresh Containers?
They can be purchased on our website, and through our Customer Service Center at 1-8777-777-8042. They are also available for purchase at most major retailers.
Are the FoodSaver Fresh Containers recyclable?
Yes, the base/ top are recyclable under the "Other" category. Please follow the recycling guidelines and requirements of your local municipality.
Are the FoodSaver Fresh Containers BPA free?
Yes, the FoodSaver Fresh Containers are BPA Free. Sunbeam Products, Inc.is diligent in our efforts to ensure that our products are compliant with all industry standards, including the regulations set by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and Health Canada.
None of our FoodSaver® containers contain Bisphenol A. They are made of Tritan material.
Are the FoodSaver Fresh Containers dishwasher- safe?
Yes, all contents of the product are dishwasher and microwave safe.
